The staff is helpful and kind. They’ve been very patient with our queries and helped us with all of them with a smile. Almost all front office staff can speak english. The property is nice as well, with 24x7 tea/coffee/hot chocolate on dispense machine. The room is a little cramped but we overall enjoyed our stay. The location of the Ibis Paris Grands Boulevards Opera 9th is quite helpful and connects to all nice neighbourhoods. Metro is 5 minutes walking, small shop just opposite the Ibis Paris Grands Boulevards Opera 9th with all basic fruits, veggies, frozen food, pack foods which is very convenient. Overall a 10/10 rating to this property.
