Nice Rooms Hotel Kazbegi with a very good view. But restaurant service is pathetic. Had placed order at 9pm and received food at 10:30pm. Very poor service. They are quite understaffed and everybody is just running around to fulfill the orders. Otherwise Rooms Hotel Kazbegi is really good. House keeping is quick. It has a direct mount kazbegi view but which adds to the beauty. The infinity deck adds to the beauty.

superb Rooms Hotel Kazbegi, with great location. VERY GOOD VIEW OF MT. KAZBEK. very good breakfast too. superb service by reception staff. highly recommend it. very clean rooms and nice bathroom too.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful during my visit. The view from the room, with snow-capped mountains, was absolutely breathtaking. Overall, a very positive experience.
