Very bad experience

The hotel room was very small and smelly. The washroom was also very small. No space to keep bags properly. The service was very bad we ordered the dinner in our room and the serving guy came and banged the food the table as if we are not guests. The service staff voice is very bad like they are shouting on us. No help from staff in terms of cabs and taxi booking or even guiding on places.

Poor Stay

I booked suite and hotel did not have anything in the kitchen - gas stove wasn't working and there were no utensils at all. They had to replace the gas stove as well which had to be fixed multiple times by multiple staff members later as well. Also, the room was tiny despite being a suite. Further, cleaning staff only rinsed utensils and did nit clean them - they were full of stains and oil as is which was really unprofessional. Same breakfast buffet everyday with no variations at all. Done. I want refund from makemytrip for this bad stay

Excellent hotel. Bit far from city central but well connected through all modes of transport. They provide free shuttle service to & from the nearest mtr station. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Bathroom is also clean and tidy. They have swimming pool and in house restaurant too. I didn't have any food there though. Overall will definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent Harbour Plaza 8 Degrees. Bit far from city central but well connected through all modes of transport. They provide free shuttle service to & from the nearest mtr station. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Bathroom is also clean and tidy. They have swimming pool and in house restaurant too. I didn't have any food there though. Overall will definitely recommend this Harbour Plaza 8 Degrees.

Hotel was good when i entered in Harbour Plaza 8 Degrees lobby area was good then i enter in room bit disappointed with room size but still they manna g it very nicely very clean good service and staff was very good and helpful. Restaurant area is very nice and food quality was very good.

Found this stay one of the best at the price point in HK. Room size is bigger compared to HK. Staff is very approachable. Entire Harbour Plaza 8 Degrees is clean. We got a baby cot for our 1 year old kid.

We found the Harbour Plaza 8 Degrees to be excellent and when we did have a concern, it was sorted out very quickly and professionally. The shuttle bus was excellent and ran on time almost to the minute.

The Harbour Plaza 8 Degrees is at a good location, 5mins walk from the mtr and 2mins from bus stop. Also has a pool for the people who are fond of it. High floor rooms have great view too!

We went as family. The location of the Harbour Plaza 8 Degrees is very good. It is easily accessible to Bauhinia square, Tsim Sha Tsui and Mong Kok. House keeping is impeccable.

There experience was wonderful. It is situated very close to metro station and bus stand. The manager Desmond was helpful even with currency exchange. Rooms are bigger in size
