The room cable network was not working whereas it was working in other rooms. they told me that the problem is at the cable transmission end. Room AC not working, after a struggle of 3 hrs the hotel shifted me to another room, where cable TV and AC both worked fine. The lift was tooo small to accommodate 2 people

I booked superior room, where the fan was non stop working because of direct connection and there was no switch to off. I have asked them to shift me to other room, they shifted me to other lower grade room, where then shower was not working even there was no water supply. The bathroom was very very dirty. The bedsheet and pillow cover was very very dirty and used by other quest. My maid rom is more hygienic and clean compare to this. Really very dirty and bad,I will suggest people don’t go to this hotel ever. Sleeping inside the car is better than this hotel. I forgot to take photo, kindly visit their property and check.

The hotel provided to us as 3 star, but it was below 0 star. There is no infrastructure, no staff, no food availability. Even the washroom is too dirty, & room size 9' * 7'6. Mattress are too dirty.

executive rooms are same size... next time please try suprior room so you will get what ever you like...
Poor Stay
We checked into the room and found out that someone has not just used the toilet but peed outside the commode, on floor and it was stinking. when we complained , the room service attended to it but Sadly just threw some water over it.

Most horrible experience.. half of hotel was demolished by authorities.. rooms were hardly 12x12 with dirty curtains and stinking bedsheets.. no illumination in the rooms.. no hot water..toilets were not cleaned. No basic toiletries..towels were yellowish and stinking.. on complaining so-called manager ,a boy ,started arranging somewhat clean towels and started cleaning the room .. on asking about breakfast he revealed that they don’t have such facilities. But will manage tea and poha in room only.. a family who wanted to catch an early morning flight trusted and booked this hotel.. really spine chilled worst experience in entire life of 30 years of travelling.. Hope that should look into this..

Poor Stay
I am asking for a bill for my recent stay in the hotel over phone for last 3 days as the bill has some mistake. Everytime they are telling that they will send the bill within half an hour..3 days are over. they couldn't take out time to send the bill. My total corporate claim is stuck up due to this...such a poor customer focus
