not well managed...few staff have a weird attitude...only one small lift ...washroom and bed was not very clean

Poor Stay
We didn't like the hotel ambience. Room, bedsheet and pillows were not clean, hot water was not properly coming. No lights in the night. It's was bad experience

Best hotel for family & group in amritsar. Staff is decent n co operative.
Best hotel. Well maintained hygiene. Good ambiance. Close from railway station. Good location, connectivity to golden temple is very easy.

Food & service is excellent. Staff is very cooperative. Bedding is ok but not satisfactory, need to work on that part. I am a regular customer from last 1 year. Overall a good experience.

Nice hotel in this price
Hotel was good but some problems like water in bathroom not warm in winters and bedsheet and pillows were not clean

Overall the stay was good. Rooms are clean. Service is ok. Staff is courteous. The only problem we faced was lot of noise and loud music at night. Sleep got disturbed. All the main sightseeing attractions like golden temple, durgaprasad mandir and jallianwala bagh are approximately 1. 5 to 2 kms distance.

He said that tea, milk & coffee not included in breakfast. He deemed extra pay for these. He provided 1 time water. I pay extra amount of water bottle. Service was late. For example we order icecream. He take more than half hour.
