Room Totaly bad quality even hotel attendant also not understand the problem also the room category are not to super deluxe not even the general category bathroom unhinged trust me i never booked again

Staff is friendly.... Hotel location is best.... Rooms are average.... Lot of dampness on walls

Good place to stay if you are looking to stay near golden temple. Staff is nice and helpful when it comes to arranging commute.

It’s very nice place because it’s near to golden temple breakfast is good truly grateful to all staff

The rooms are so clean and location is hardly 10 mtr near golden temple and staff is also very helpful

Extremely poor conditions of the room. Verh unhygienic bathrooms. Food served is also of bad quality

Small room, no facilities, it’s not a hotel its Dharamshala room only, sab kuch very low level, bad experience

The location is very good as it is close the Darbar sahib. However no taxis go till this location so you have to take an auto. And the worst of all things is that the room service is never answered no one ever answers the phone.

Genuine review is that I have previously also visited same hotel. Overall experience is 4/5. But things need to be improved are as follows: 1. Cleanliness in washrooms needed. 2. Quick room service is required, as you will get what you want but after several reminders. 3. Powdered Tea milk is an old package.

The pictures which they have uploaded is not correct the actual condition and size of room is different from the pictures. Even AC remote is not working no ventilation no space. Its a tiny room not Delux room..

Property is too dirty lizards where there in room in one room water was everywhere

The location is superb , property needs makeover n lot of renovation, nd hospitality is not so good as dey denied to send someone to drop my luggage near by , i offer dem to pay aswell still dey didnt help me to drop d luggage as cabs cant reach to d exact hotel location.. so se hv to walk till jaliya wala bagh or little more …. But they were not atol helpful in dis . I hv booked dis for location only …

The hotel is old and in dire need of renovation. Except location it has no positives as it is located just a few meters away from Akaal takht sahib. The rooms are very smelly, washrooms are very small and have faulty fittings.
