Good location , property neat and clean, staff behavior okay.

While check in they have charged extra amount that is Rs 200/- and behaving like rude, and there is no hot water facility in the morning, it’s very terrible experience for the first time,

I booked a room at this particular residency and i paid 884 rs and confirmed my booking and when i reached the hotel the receptionist asked me additional amount of rs 200 for my confirmed room. He told me that only if i pay the additional amount of 200rs he would allocate the room otherwise no room for me. After paying the additional amount which he was asking i got my room and the bed and the bedsheets had a lot of stains which made me feel uncomfortable. 200rs is not a big deal but still how can he ask me extra money after booking my room. It was a very worst experience staying there

It is a good place where we can spend our time with family. I enjoyed my holidays here with family. Room services and other amenities were good at all.

I had a delightful experience at this budget hotel. The staff were attentive, the room was clean, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming.

No service available as mentioned in mm t. They don’t provide mineral water, hair dryer, mini fridge, iron, hot water even. Not even plates and spoon, you need to ask again and again. No one is available even to take your request. Overall ok to stay but arrange everything urself.
