Hotel is not worth it bheviour was not good i was checkin before 12 they ask me 300 extra for checkin before 12 i was car ring luggage soo i dont have any option i'll pay 300 hundred extra for it or the room is also empty. This was very bad over all experince was bad not reccomanded

The food is very good & tasty. Restaurant is very cooperative but hotel staff were not cooperating. There is no wifi system in the room. Bed sheet was very dirty. We asked them to change the room but they did not listen.

This hotel should not be present in make my trip. I have stayed for 2 days. No house keeping, no washroom cleaning they are giving not even drinking water. Service is very very poor. After 1 days after several calls they make tv ready for us. Please don't go to this hotel. Just waste of money

Rooms are good but they didn't give basic things to welcome guest. Even water they are not providing for free and food is costly. Rooms are small. They said i will get hot water but it a luke warm water in bathroom

A comfortable stay

I needed a place to stay for a couple of nights close to kit university. Lily inn hotel is a 5 minute walk from the kit square and highly accessible to public transportation. Its location is the best point about this hotel. The room and attached bath were clean. But i found them to be quite small. Therefore, i would mostly recommend this place for a short stay. The staff are cordial and helpful. The restaurant service may be improved. Our rent included breakfast. However, only toast and tea were available. The speed of service was quite slow. I will go back to this hotel for a short stay.

Maintenance of the property is not taken care. Small and very important repairs like doors of the bathrooms are not done. The tower bolt to close the door from inside bathroom is broken. It has to be close by someone from outside while other is taking bath or toilet. Very unfortunate.
