- The 10 luxurious suites at The Kumaon are set in pairs in 5 separate two-storey structures on the hillside.
- The lower suites are designed like the traditional village homes in Kumaon using locally quarries stones. The upper suites have been created using fly-ash bricks along with copper wire and bamboo.
- All the suites have the floor to ceiling windows that overlook the valleys below and the mountain range ahead.
- The upper suites have a private terrace while the lower ones have verandahs surrounded by fruit trees.
- Each suite has an extra-large double bed, a private bathroom and is fitted with traditional wood-burning Bukhari.
