Toilettes were not very clean

We stayed here on 14th Aug 2025 and stay was very nice. Staff, cleaniness, hygiene, food all was awesome. Reach ability from Railway station is also very near. Would recommend. Thanks

Room was clean, staff hospitable and the location is very convenient. Food at their restaurant was tasty. But they need to improve their service. I had to remind them multiple times for small little things

While the property's location and ambience are commendable, the overall experience left much to be desired. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that the service standards were lacking. The staff at reception, particularly the lady who checked us in, appeared inexperienced and did not extend even basic hospitality such as offering a glass of water while we waited. The room, booked for two guests, was equipped with amenities meant for just one—there was only a single set of toiletries, and the shower gel bottle was completely empty. The bathroom hygiene was extremely poor, with visible drainage issues causing water to clog in the sink. One evening, to our dismay, there was no running water in the taps at all. Each morning, we were disturbed by the loud noise of heavy machinery moving directly above our room. When brought to the attention of the reception, we were told it was due to another guest, which seemed unlikely and quite unconvincing. Room service and housekeeping were equally disappointing. Despite staying multiple nights, our room was not cleaned unless we specifically activated the "clean my room" switch—however, all lights, including this function, were deactivated when we left the room, making the system ineffective. Even after repeated requests, basic items like water bottles and coffee sachets were not replenished. Given the price point, we had much higher expectations for comfort, service, and cleanliness. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the cost, and we left feeling quite dissatisfied. This property may have potential, but serious attention is needed to improve guest experience and service quality.

It was for sure a comfortable stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean but for the price you are paying it ain't worth it. Should lowkey at least have a bathtub in their room. Else hence the stay.

we had a good stay, the staff was cooperative and the location is really good..in the middle of the city. The only thing that needs some improvement is the flavours of food otherwise we had a great time in the property. Recommended!!

According to the price property was not well maintained as bathroom shower was not working properly ,property needs a renovation ,breakfast buffet was very limited and food quality was below average.

Had great stay at Hotel Icon A earlier this week. I had to check in late due to flight landings & delays but the hotel staff was accommodating and kept a check on me. Service was great, restaurant staff made sure I had some varieties of vegetarian options. It has nice mix of business and family patrons. Rooms were very clean & spacious and I'd definitely visit again whenever I'm in Chandigarh again.

Central location, good food and quick service. If in Chandigarh you can definitely consider this place. It is also very close to the major attractions in Chandigarh.
