The overall experience was very bad. the staff were unhelpful. the swimming pool was closed with no prior intimation. The housekeeping refused to even make my bed let alone clean the room

A comfortable and pleasant stay
We stayed for 3 days at the hotel and it was a very comfortable and smooth stay from check in to check out. The breakfast spread was quite good and the staff was prompt to help. Would like to specially mention Santoshee and Sandhaya who took good care of us during lunch and breakfast. Room was quite specious, though the bathroom had some wear and tear and needs some uplifting. Overall a very good hotel and value for money.

Average Stay
We checked-in 27th Aug and checked-out 28th Aug , we checked-in late . Front Desk Staff need to be more hospitable and customer facilitating , two occasions where we felt Front Desk Staff could be more accommodating 1. Insisting on Identity of school going kids , Front Desk staff should be more accommodating here rather than making a mandatory approach to provide one and delaying Check-in , Front Desk should be more accommodative here 2. As we checked-in late evening , we had requested for 2:00 PM Check-out next day which the hotel team had accommodated ,we had requested for 3:00 PM as we were running late on our planned scheduled and asked for 3:00 PM Check Out instead which the Front Desk Staff should be more accommodating here rather than again making a mandatory approach to Check Out at 2:00 PM These Customer experiences make one think twice if I have to rebook again at the same place. Pros : Ambience , Food , House , Gate Keeping and Restaurant Staffs Cons : Front Desk Staff needs a drastic overhaul in their approach to be more customer facilitating

1. Food was just okay 2. No much option in breakfast buffet 3. Got stucked in lift for 10 minutes 4. Did not privide bill with amount that I paid to MMT. They gave bill only for the amount mmt paid them. 5. Beds were very light that it moves even with small force. 6. Amenties like Iron and Hair dryer were missing. 7. Rooms were clean 8. Staff was good

The hotel was fine as far as the price was concerned. But nothing equivalent to the brand name ' Park Plaza. Rooms were average, amenities were average. Bit staff was excellent. Comfort, Care & Convivence of Premium Standards
Very comfortable stay at Park Plaza. Located near to the prominent business center and very well connected from the Airport. The staff are very cooperative & congenial. Rooms are clean & spacious. Lobby area is quite impressive with very thoughtful decor & lighting. Hotel has swimming pool by the restaurant & gymnasium for the fitness freaks. Check-in & Check-out is fast & flexible. Breakfast spread is quite healthy & sumptuous with variety of traditional south Indian food, continental & other multicuisine. Overall it is a good value for money for family & business purpose stay.

Very pleasant stay with a very good complimentary buffet breakfast . Bathroom was decent but the room and service was worth the pay.

Good but can still improve a bit
Checked in at night. Check in was good and quick. Twin room only was available , Wash basin had some clogging issues , which was resolved in the morning. It’s better to check all that before handing the room. If there is a door or screen for Bathing room and a soap stand would be better. All rooms seems to be designed that way. Beds are okay. We didn’t order any food, breakfast buffet was improved this time. Eggs are really good including live counter orders. Kindly include reception number or stick in the room phone. I had no idea which number to contact them or house keeping. Staff at front desk and staff passing at elevator all had little bit of welcoming attitude. All the Restaurant staffs completely lacked hospitality and welcoming except the manager or the supervisor I think had smiled a bit. It felt like robots were serving me.

Food was good but service was slow. Location good but surrounding is crowded. Room size good but room lighting could have been better. Taps and shower in bathroom are not well maintained but hot water is available. Good hospitality by the prompt House keeping staff. 3.9/5 Recommended.

Great stay for family
Good stay with family. They make everything available on a single request. 100% of hotel staff from guards to houskeeping to restaurants to reception, except 1 male senior reception staff who is always in temper, not smiling and do not even greet properly, which shall be replaced. Rest each and everything is perfect.

A value worthy stay for business trip
worthy stay with all luxury amenities. I stayed at park plaza for my business trip from 2nd to 4th July 2025, where I found a comfortable and relaxed stay with all sorts of amenities like gym, swimming pool, spa,steam bath, travel desk, in room tea coffee maker,hair dryer, dental kit...everything.. Not only that, the hotel offers complementary breakfast with wide range of food items and also an attractive complementary pool side high tea. overall the stay was excellent compared to the price paid (in comparison to other similar hotels in chennai)

Good Stay
Room is good as usual, food is terrible including in room dining and morning buffet- except live counter all other food items I tried was terrible , egg whites seemed like old eggs or some issue with eggs. Limited sweets , waffles are hard, and other breakfast items also not up to the mark. Unwelcoming staff at the restaurant, nobody cared to ask how the food is or if needed anything. Ordered intimate dining sandwich was horrible taste. Chicken is mashed like a sauce, I asked them to make it spicy but they gave it too spicy impossible to consume. Overall good room but bad food.
