Restaurant coordinator behavior nice especially Ansari (kind hearted person). Room is okay. But not like I seen in internet.

Ruby Residency Staff are very kind, helpful, polite, and always available. They can speak Hindi and Tamil. They helped us with good veg food options like all tiffins and lunch, and the restaurant is beside us. The food is nice and hygienic. They assisted with carrying luggage. No lift; 1st and 2nd floor rooms available, both AC and non-AC. Hot water was not working in our room, but a helper brought hot water for us. Wifi is good. The helper was nice and brought tea for us. He also purchased a charging wire for us as we forgot.

It was good. I searched for it in Google maps and also in MakeMyTrip.Amenties are little bit old. But the services was too good.
