Very rude staffs. They are charging extra bed /bed for kids, even after include kids room and food extra charged. You cant enjoy your trip. And the room was not that much neat. And tea supplements are tooo old and molten.

Cleanliness and Comfort: The rooms were absolutely spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable — perfect for a restful night after a long day of exploring. Friendly Staff: The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with any request. Their hospitality truly made the stay feel special. Amenities and Services: The hotel’s pool and fitness center were top-notch, and the complimentary breakfast buffet was a great way to start each day. If you are a visitor in Kochi - Fern an Ecotel Hotel is a great option. It's proximity to Fort Kochi and Jew Town makes it easy for the travellers. Food and the service quality was excellent. It is easier if you have your own transportation. We would stay again if we were to visit Kochi - business or pleasure.

We had a very good experience. The place was very beautiful and calm. Rooms and surroundings were very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and good service. The pool was good. Overall we had a very good experience.

Foodwise Excellent Gives and old heritage vibe to it But hospitality wasn't as expected from a 5 starred property And the worst was they didn't even mention rooms aren't available even though I had opted for a kings bed and early check-in and they bleed it on MMT

Exquisite stay
Very peaceful location, away from all crowds. 5/5 for location. The rooms are very spacious, and the suite rooms are worth every penny paid. The hotel property accommodates a lot of greeneries, plants, aquatic life, pool. All in all, very good stay experience

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was serene and ideal, situated conveniently close to the port, which was our primary place of work. The breakfast spread was delightful with a good variety of options to start the day on a positive note. The spa was a fantastic highlight, offering a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Above all, the staff truly stood out—they were extremely courteous, helpful, and made the stay all the more pleasant. I would highly recommend this place for both work and leisure stays!

Beautiful place, with a Decent Stay
soloIt was a decent stay. Some Good points, some not so good points. Good points: Beautiful property, Beautiful service. Lovely people with all smiles. Very cooperative and friendly staff. Hi Tea is lovely. Not so good points: The number of years in the property is seen. Would be good to renovate the property (even a minor renovation would do wonders to such a beautiful property, like a change of the carpets along the hallway on every floor). Gym is very small. Breakfast buffet was very disappointing. Room cleanliness, decent but a tad bit low from a wonderful experience.

Nice stay.
We stayed in the hazel suite. The suite had a bedroom and living space and all the amenities you need in the room. It was super clean and nice. And, the food was good too. It was a relaxing and calm stay. Also, the staff were really polite and welcoming.
