Good Stay
Clean and Spacious room. Good service at reception and attentive. Coffee shop service need to improve. - For a breakfast service starting at 07:00 AM, a request for a Single coffee made at 07:10 Hrs and there was no response from staff for about 15 mins and I had to walk out with out having coffee and they were least bothered. Wonder what the restaurant Supervisor was doing.

Pleasant stay
I always give my honest review and that would be based on my own experience. It was a Pleasant stay. Humble staffs. The food services I enjoyed a lot. Variety of food option was available during breakfast. I enjoyed having it. Check in check out experience was nice. 2 things which I would request the management to look Into: WIFI you will always need to renew them every 24 hours as it was very limited. Though it is free but u need get them renewed by seeking from the front desk. Secondly on the AC at my type of room was not placed appropriately. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Average Stay
Upon arrival, there wasn’t anyone to help us with the luggage or atleast to ask if we need help to carry luggage to room. Since I had more luggage, they finally did, the rest was carried by us. Oh the bar, the quantity they gave was less 30 instead of 60. We did check the video recording but it was hard to tell which peg measure they used and finally we ended up settling the bill for what we dint have.

Central location , green ambience and good food
Hotel is clean , breakfast spread is good n quality and taste as well. Rooms were big n tidy . Entire premise is very green . Our stay was pleasant here . Location is one more plus if you need to visit market. Not relevant to hotel review …. uber , ola in Coimbatore are completely unreliable

The property is peaceful, accessible to race course and state buses and airport easily. Food was okay and below average for a 4 star rated hotel, staff is kind however untrained in handling nuanced issues. Recommend this for a quick, short stop

familyDinner The in-house restaurant offers a pleasant dining experience with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The dining area has a nice ambiance, and the service was commendable. The food was tasty, but the pricing of bread items felt a bit on the higher side. Buffet Breakfast The buffet breakfast had a nice spread with various options to cater to different tastes. On-demand items like dosas and pooris were available. The buffet counter was well-maintained and clean. The spread included a mix of South Indian and continental items like idli, semiya, pongal, croissant, sausage, potato, steamed veggies, sambhar, chutney, boiled egg, chicken curry, juice, tea, and coffee. The food was flavorful and satisfying. Stay The stay was excellent, particularly for families. The room was spacious and well-furnished with a king-size bed, a sofa, chair, and tea pot. The room and toilet were impeccably clean. A kettle and basic toiletries were provided. Parking is available, but the lack of a covered parking area was a minor downside. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

soloI am a globe trotter. A peaceful and beautiful place to stay. Gives a hill station feel within the heart of the city. Lovely and clean rooms. Excellent hospitality and delicious food. Spacious and luxurious rooms. Restaurant and front office staff are very friendly. Especially miss. Karthik incharge of the restaurant gives a motherly care to all the guests. Hats off to her. The boys too are too good there. I don't know that how i missed this hotel all these days.
