Location of the hotel is near to city center. breakfast was good enough. service and amenities was good.

Food is not good. But the location is very good. And the rooms are also good.

The hotel is good, the services are good, but the restaurant is very bad in quality. was pathetic.

Hotel is located very near to sim's park, but there is no tea coffee option in rooms, they provide machine's tea or coffee that too in 5x charges, proper food is not available as well

Stay is not good. Rooms are not good. Staffs behaviour was very rude. Food quality is very poor but price is high. Although breakfast was good. I will never recommend anyone this hotel.

Nice location,nice cleaning and breakfast

A beautiful place and well placed in city. Stay was good and the staff was humble and cooperative. Interacted with Vishal Anitha and Krishna and was amazed to see their response towards guests at hotel. Food and menu was ok which needs improvement.

room is not clean, very old building, land line is not working no proper main

The accommodation was okay. They provided us with basic necessities includng kettle, tea and coffee powder, sugar and two bottles of water. The washroom was a normal one with options for both normal (cold) and hot water. Also they did kept towels. There's also option for both bodywash and shampoo. We had opted for standard double bed room. However the bed they had given is a two single bed placed together (instead of a doublebed) which is different from what they had mentioned in their amenities. Parking area was also available. They do provide complimentary breakfast only at 0815 Hrs which can affect one's tour schedule for the day. Dinner is also available with limited choice which is payable. The hotel is located near to Coonoor town and one can have easy access to restaurants (500-600 metres).

The food was good. I did breakfast, it was good in taste, and there were enough options to try. The location was also good. Everything was nearby, Sim's Park, Highfield Tea Garden Factory, Dolphins Nose View Point and Lamb's Park. All of the major tourist spots are nearby. Facilities were also good. Hot and cold water were available. Nice view from the rooms.

It's a very expensive Dharamshala

Location: It's really an awesome place to enjoy with family. Food: Breakfast included within the package was affordable and good compared to lunch and dinner which was expensive. Room: Clean and maintained well. Service: Staff's are polite and cooperative. Hot water available from 6 to 10 a.m. and 6 to 10 p.m. Overall it's an wonderful experience.

Almost all are ok, it's breakfast material are very tasty. & Location wise hotal is ok.

Food is good but rooms are too small and not comfortable and during our stay had some smell like wet paint in our room

Pathetic hotel - the room are very shabby, the blanket cannot be used at all. The wifi facility was very poor, the doors are very old and rusty, there were no toiletries given, the entire buliding needs a renovation. Also too much of disturbance of public since the rooms were very close by and there is a gym downstairs for outsiders who were making hell lot of noise. Coming to the complementary breakfast - the spread was very minimal also they dint refill even the basic food, there were only empty trays and when we asked the manager he replied the items were over, they served machine coffee which was very bad to taste. Kindly book your rooms on own risk since we had the worst experience.

Property is pretty old but the room which we stayed was neat and clean . Although it was small but it was ok. Parking is also good and covered. It was worth for the price

Please do not choose this hotel — the maintenance is extremely poor, and it is not suitable for family stays. I booked an economy class room, but that doesn't mean maintenance should be neglected. We paid per night. If you are not interested in maintaining the economy class rooms, please close that category to avoid causing inconvenience to families. I had booked two months ago, but when we arrived, the staff had no idea about our booking and even asked if we had gotten the date wrong. We booked for the 24th, but they asked if we had intended to book for the 23rd. We were made to wait for one hour while they sorted it out. I have never stayed in such poorly managed rooms in my life. It would be better to close the economy class accommodations altogether to prevent further damage to the hotel's reputation. Please remove this hotel from your list
