Your comments regarding our complimentary breakfast and food pricing have been noted with seriousness. Our breakfast buffet includes a wide selection of over 15 items — from stuffed parathas, idli-sambhar, toast, fresh fruits, cereals, to eggs made to order. We regularly review this spread to ensure it reflects both quality and variety, particularly within the scope of a 3-star hotel offering. As for pricing, we’ve kept our menu rates unchanged for over two years, and compared to restaurants in the area, our food continues to be affordably priced. That said, we understand that taste and preferences can differ, and we truly regret that yours weren’t met on this occasion. We also deeply value guest feedback, and it's worth mentioning that many of our recent guests have appreciated our food, calling it “delicious” and our hotel “genuine and family-friendly.” We hope you’ll consider visiting us again.
