Location is not accessible but there is huge scope of improvement in services and amenities. Cleanliness can be improved. Behaviour of manager was fine. They could not even provide the towel.

They give preference to the walk in customers and not the ones who booked online.Despite booking their Premium room which should be with windows, they allotted me a room(104) which is without windows and the size is almost same as of their deluxe room.During check in they made me wait at the lobby while other customers which were mostly walk in couples were given rooms instantly.For Breakfast one has to wait till 9.30am which is very late.From this experience of mine I certainly wouldn't like to be here again.

Room is average, AC is not upto the mark as it's cooling rate is very slow, TV is just a showpiece, no chairs in the room it's very difficult to eat your food, hot water in the taps, you need to ask for sealed water bottles, I reached hotel at 2 pm still I waited for 40 minutes to check in as they started cleaning the room when I reached. Door lock is damaged, no side mini tables around bed.
