It is totally irresponsible behaviour that the property owner is not provided and he is said all the rooms are booked after so many hours OYO provide the wrong hotel location and Make my trip not any responsibility for these issues which I faced. It is totally unsatisfactory behaviour

Worst hotel don't waste your time. Smelled like amonia, dirty beds, rude staff, no amenities, no hygiene. They didn't accept our check in hence I had to keep waiting for 2 hours.

Hotel located unsecured place, all fesility is worst class, blankets did nots served, and poor behaviour, it means all was wirdt. Stay location was in very darkness and internal from main road. Did not provide any facilities because this was fully against of"saraya act"and does not follow any norms. At all worst for tourists. I will never say for stay at that south plaza hotel. Thanks with deep unsatisfaction.

Terrible experience. Room no. 103, no attached bathroom, no mirror in room as well as bathroom, dirty room, dirty bed sheet, i removed bedsheets and then slept on mattress, no lift much interior from main road, no parking space, very bad hotel. Tv and tube light is also not working
