The suite is not worth the money and the standard of the room is too low. And the waiting time for check-in is too long.

Services were very poor. No staff was available for anything. No luggage person, no other helping staff. Reception was rude.

Poor Stay
You'd at least expect a clean room from the Radisson, right? We checked in around 9 pm, so we were exhausted and didn't really look at the room. But in the morning, we woke up to cigarette butts and broken glass on the floor. Seriously, almost every corner was dirty. We didn't complain as it would have been a he said she said situation and we didn't have the time for a long conversation. And the bathroom? It's tiny, like a super narrow alley in Dharavi. honestly. Whatever you do, don't get room 720. definitely not worth half the amount we paid.

Pathetic experience
⭐ 1/5 – Extremely Disappointing Stay at Radisson Dwarka This has been one of the most pathetic hotel experiences of my life. Right from the moment I checked in, the reception staff treated me poorly, with zero courtesy and absolutely no sense of urgency. Despite guests waiting, they behaved as if they were doing us a favour. The waiting time was unnecessarily long and completely mismanaged. The shock continued at the restaurant. In my 25 years of hotel stays, I have never seen a situation where guests are made to wait while dozens of empty chairs are right in front of them. The staff looked clueless and uninterested, and there was no proper explanation or coordination. For a brand like Radisson, this level of service is unacceptable. Definitely not worth the money, time, or frustration. I will not be returning and would not recommend this property to anyone.

Excellent service. I kindly request the hotel management to encourage front office staff to greet the guests with a smile. At the time of check in Front of staff did not even say hello nor did they welcome me at all. My eyes were indeed brimming with tears. Oindrella. please forgive me if i have mispelt the name. i stayed at your Hotel from the 14th of November 2025 to 15th of November 2025. My Room no was 809. I don't mean to infuriate front office staff i just don't want them to dissuade from greeting guests in upcoming days.

It was a fine experience It was a fine experience. I would consider it as an average Stay . little bit issue with the dine that I faced. They served wrong food, so I had to wait for the dinner for awhile.

Breakfast needs improv
Stayed for a night with breakfast included in the price. Good location and decently large rooms, but the breakfast was very poorly organized. Limited meal options in the Continental section (for the price) and long waits with both staff and guests pushing you around to get you out of their way to get to the hot counter

wonderful stay, children enjoyed lot
