Very good hotel and staff also nice discipline i advise to all very good hotel all places near by thanks

1. Booked hotel but they sold out and asked me to shift into another hotel. Or cancel booking

We booked a room almost 1month prior. Upon reaching the hotel, they were saying its fully booked. The staffs were behaving very rudely, not even letting our luggage inside.

Room was decent. When entering room you get unusual strange smell all over room. Ac was turned off midnight without consent. Bathroom was okay ish. Cleanliness need to be improved. Towel was only provided when asked. Room door was old and always got stuck and difficult to open. Mini bar was not operating and was empty and smelly. Overall below average room but ok if you get around 1k not more than that.

Ok place for the money they charge did not face any issues as such not a great place to have food rather bad food served but u have karims close by so no issues
