It was amazing stay staff very helpfull and eassy check inn and i was came early he let me alowed early check thanks 🙏 one again

Very poor, stay in facilities not up to the mark. Bedsheet was torn. Cockroaches all around. Tea bags not covered, sugar packs, all kept outside, no dining hall.

Jaded furniture. Towels were quite bad & discolored from white to grey. Curtains crushed floors dirty / dusty. Overall linen did not appear to be cleaned properly. Edging between wooden flooring & marble damaged and if one was not careful, you could hurt your foot. No shampoo in dispenser. Bathroom fittings not cleaned

Absolutely horrible stay. Food not good. Amenities are below standard. No water in bathroom in the morning till 10. 30am

It was ok location was excellent and the staff was also ok only the bathroom was lilo dirty other wise average stay

We stayed here for one night. The superior room was very compact, not much space for 3 persons. There is no restaurant in the hotel. They take orders for food and probably supply food from outside. The bedsheets and mattresses were not clean, and had some spots. Location of the hotel is good. I say this is an average hotel.

This is an old property and a good one. But needs improvement now. Quite a lot of the facilities are getting worn off. I had only a 1 night stay so did not experience much.

Wanted to cancel my booking immediately post booking but didn't get any option from both hotel and make my trip

My stay was a great one, staffs were very calm, respectful and always ready to offer a helping hand. But their bathrooms were not very clean and that was a minus for me. On a whole, had a great time... tasted Indian meal for the first time and really enjoyed it. 👍 Thanks!

Dirty room, bathroom, all amenities. Very small room. Staffs behaviour is very rude and pathetic services.

This hotel is the best i have ever stayed in delhi with nominal charges per day, staff of this hotel is very very soft spoken and friendly. Best hotel to stay in delhi

The stay was really comfortable. The location of the is excellent. The cost of room, complimentary breakfast are also worth mentioning. However, the location doesn’t not have low budge restaurants which is a minus.

Location is great. Nearby metro station is kailash colony which is less than 5 minutes. M block gk1 market is also 5 minutes

I had booked a superior room, which i believe is their best option. The property is well located in gk-1. Apart from that, the linen was quite old, almost black in colour. The same went for the towels too. The ac kept creaking in the night, and the bed wasn’t comfortable either. The room was dusty, and not kept clean. Choose better hotels in the neighbour hood if possible.

I would say it's located on a very convenient place and the service was very good. I liked the staff behaviour and the room was also good and the vibe was so good. Overall it is a very good hotel.

The rooms were decently cleaned however the washroom was not maintained properly. The breakfast buffet was okay only with very limited options.

It is a very good hotel to stay value for money, hygiene, the staff are very cooperative.

They allow outside food. the rooms are good and have all basic amenities. but the room floor was not cleaned for us. so that's not good. the location and staff are good
