nice stay good staff may have more options in breakfast hope they will improve in it other wise good stay

Good morning, It was a good hotel, room & bathroom are neatly cleaned. All amenities are working properly. Staff is also polite & helpful. Food is also good (had a breakfast) & room service is also good. Over all it was good experience.

Property location and food was okat but facilities was not up to mark like soaps not avalable ,tv not working.

Its just basically a road side lodge. Dont expect star hotel experience. Just gets the job done if you dont have other options

Rooms are clean and hotel is at good location near to the metro station. There is one issue with the room service that you need to call multiple times to get anything and some time they forget.

Never go for site pics .. horrible smell .. horrible beds horrible interior

No stay at hotel

Hotel service is horrible, at reception no ac was working. In the room, the bed's spring was pricking so i requested reception to change the room. He changed the room, the new room was the same so i didn't request him to change it. The towel was very dirty and old. One sharp object pricks in my foot so i walk with difficulty. When i asked the receptionist for a dental kit and shaving kit, he said that you booked on discounted price so it will not be provided. If you have booked through the hotel directly then it will be provided. By repeatedly requesting, he has given only a dental kit. The deluxe room was not provided by the hotel but money was deducted for the deluxe room. It was an ordinary room. I have never seen such a worst condition of the room. When i asked for water he informed me that they will provide only one water bottle then i asked for ro water then he said that you yourself filled the bottle from your floor. Such rude behaviour of the receptionist. However with difficulty i decided to spend the night because at around 9. 30 pm i can't change the hotel and money has already been deducted in advance. Overall it's horrible so don't book any room of this hotel.

Property location was very good ,food was okay need to upgrade more,and facilities was also good overall the experience was good.

This place was very comfy . Its clean and staff is very responsive. They were active and service was wonderful. Thank u f9 saffron hotel. Will come soon and would continue to stay whenever in west delhi.
