Staff Servicing so good , well behaved , Checked in timely but sometimes I face challenge in check in because of late delay Can we do on time! Property is good, Food us amazing

The carpets (or something else) in the room was stinking as if there was a dead rat (maybe in the AC Duct. Have stayed so many times this is the first time it’s happened. started around 1030 pm till early morning

I was a regular customer of this hotel prior to Covid, thereafter had no opportunity to stay here. My last stay has given me terrible experience, the service and hospitality at its bottom. Housekeeping has deteriorated and don’t ask about quality of restaurant and its food and service were none better than any hotel in Pahadganj, My suggestion to stay only when you don’t have better alternatives

Very old building with rusty toilets fittings,out dated and faded furnitures.pillows and bed were not soft etc.breakfast quality below standard...

the service is good. the room is clean. it is good for me to eat japanese food at hotel. I thought that bathtub is good.

Our stay in Metropolitan hotel and Spa was awesome. The rooms were very beautifully maintained, absolutely clean and everything working perfectly. Staff was very helpful and I am delighted with their service and hospitality. Food at breakfast was very delicious and perfectly balanced between Indian and continental items. The location of hotel is extremely good for people wanting to explore Delhi and travel around shopping places and tourist places. The best hotel for families and couples. Thank you.

Was a good stay at Metropolitan hotel comfortable rooms and nice Buffet breakfast with very polite and helpful staff also location is perfect

The experience was not so good due to electrical issues at midnight and had to shift to a different (lower category) room and they didnt even bother to change the next day.

It was good overall stay, however few things that need improvement are. 1. The common toilet at Reception/Lobby floor was unclean, need to make sure that it is clean all the time. 2. The cost of food is more than expected as food is mediocre. 3. Some gadgets need to be kept available like mobile charger. I had to buy a lead and connect it to my tv in room. Neither adaptor nor lead was available. This may sound trivial but makes a lot of difference. 4. After checking out I had lot of people guiding to my cab, I gave few bucks to only few and felt embarrassed not giving to all. This must be looked at.

Location of property is excellent, food is good but pricey, amenities including sp & service are good.

Great location. Staff overall was good. Had a small issue with leakage in the bathroom but was resolved quickly.

Location is excellent and clean and neat maintain but breakfast is not having variety and not very good taste also rest all are okay

The stay at Metropolitan was excellent .The rooms are well maintained and the staff from housekeeping and room service were supportive and helpful when required.Overall a good experience.
