Umrao is a perfect place to stay. Food cleanliness and staff was Good

Our stay at The Umrao was average. The room was small and not properly cleaned, there was visible dirt behind the sofa. Breakfast was good on the first day but felt repetitive the next. The pool was enjoyable for the kids, but the water quality wasn’t great, and it was quite shallow.

Amazing experienceit was and Staff was great and everything is perfect. Looking forward to visit again.

Property was good but rooms were very average and bathroom was not even up to the mark. Although staff was quite polite and helpful but at a hotel this premium price would have been much better with rooms and other amenities. Food in breakfast were quite average and hotel seems like flooded with the guests and no proper attention on reflling and orders so I would say one can pay a light more money but it should be value for money. This was not.

. i had very clearly requested for a checkout time of 1:00 pm as i had an urgent meeting and had to store my luggage but these guys kept calling me to come to hotel and vacate.

The hotel is clean and beautiful. Rooms are fine. I found it on MMT and got the nice deal.. Staff is cooperative . The food was very expensive though. The restaurant there gives a buffet deal 2500 per person which i feel is quite expensive. overall a good experience there.

The property is beautiful and calm . Lived to stay here and would like to visit again . Service was good , could be more better if had more options in menu .

not worth of money , smell of pestisides , small room, food is super expensive and ok in taste, outside food is not allowed inside room so you left with no option but to purchase food

Breakfast was pathetic.. The service was very Poor.. Food Quality was not up to the mark. Swimming pool management was very bad.

The Room quality was good, Room Service was On time and the Property is the Best to stay with the family the only drawback is the that in any of the Rooms there is No Smart TV so with Infant and Kids it is very difficult to enjoy.

I live in Delhi NCR and had booked a room for my elderly relatives visiting from Canada. They arrived around 2 AM, and I accompanied them to assist with their luggage and help them settle in. During check-in, the receptionist asked if I would be staying with them. I mentioned that I planned to leave shortly after. However, within just five minutes, I received a call from the front desk asking, 'Sir, aap kab jaa rhe ho?' Despite the property charging rates comparable to a 4-star hotel, the staff’s behavior was unexpectedly unprofessional and disappointing.
