The cottage provided was very good, but management failed to provide toiletries and on repeated asking provided slippers and shaving kit.. this is only an advice not a complaint..

Sea b ach is easily accessible from Hotel. Thinks to consider for improvement. 1. Free Airport pickup and drop would improve customer experience. 2. ⁠Room allocation for booked customer should be improved upon. We have booked 2 rooms but our rooms are very far and in the area of constructions. 3. ⁠food taste should be improved. 4. ⁠All rooms are equipped with AC which is good but should have option for portable fan for those who are not comfortable with continuous air conditioning environment.

Traveled Diu with family ; Fern property is good and is very near to beach. Staff was good, checkin checkout was decent, would like to highlight Jayanta amongst the staff. Food was decent and service was quick. The only let down is internet which seems to be a problem in entire Diu.

The resort is very close to the sea and we saw the sunrise and the sunset both, The stay was extremely comfortable, and the staff was extremely hospitable. Great food as well, compliments to the chefs.

It was a fantastic experience, the property was just as described, the service and the food quality is great too. The Property is right on the beach, you can have really nice sunrise and sunset views from a place very close to the property. Highly recommended!

Apart from the location, nothing much was as per the expectation. The linen was dirty and was replaced on request. The food was average and the breakfast was short of other similar resorts. The saddest part is that they didn't inform anything about the beaches being closed. A namesake eco-resort, needs AC almost all the time. Cottages are cramped within the boundary. The other property may be better, but comes at a heftier price tag. Overall, not worth the money.

Terrible Stay

While checking, we made booking though MMT. We were 6 members , by mistake I put 5 members at time of booking at the property on MMT app. Once booking was done, at checkin process , I submitted 6 member ids (though at on app I by mistake I put 5 members on app ~ human error). So at reception they charged me ₹1000 extra per night. I requested property that it was human error, again we checked on MMT app price for 6 member and it was lower then for 5 members. Inspite of requesting so much to property and MMT, they charge extra for 1 member for our mistake or human error. They could correct it but MMT & property was adamant that I should pay ₹1000 extra per night. My worst experience with fern & MMT. I will avoid using platform that can’t help us even if we make mistake.
