Review Of Royal imperio - Surajkund

Royal imperio stay was horrible. The AC stopped working at 1am and they have absolutely no support / service.

They gave me the key but no escort to the room. Room was not ready for guests. After I refused to stay in that room, they changed my room but in that room phone was not working and no fridge in the room. When I complained again then they installed the fridge. Service was poor. TV was not working properly. Wifi was disconnecting in every 10 to 15 minutes and speed was very slow. There was no menu for order the food. When I asked for menu, they sent me an excel sheet on my watsapp. Room condition was just ok. They need to improve so many things.

Good area and food

Overall experience was good. Some disturbance due to marriage functions. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was also satisfactory.

Not worth a room . Room and kitchen were opposite, stinging bathroom.locality also not gud.staffs were gud.

The rooms in this hotel do not justify the rent charged, as the quality is below average. The washroom is poorly maintained, the electric kettle is broken. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing and not worth the price.

The staff/management were very courteous and food was quite good. But the washroom was very old and needs upgradation. Also, the towels looked very old/used and dirty. Otherwise, the room was ok.

Moldy rooms ; poor service ; no driver dorm ; breakfast buffet not ready in time and with a very limited variety - will never stay here again

3 feet water logging in front of the hotel gate, not able to enter the hotel, don't book in the rainy season

Rat were there in room, night stay uncomfortable, dampness on walls. Rat bite me on my foot while i was sleeping.
