It was good but not great. som problem were no mosquito repellent was there , and comode cover was in damaged condition , rest were fine . So these things could be done. I hope you rectify your mistake and provide better support next time. 1. Rude behavior of hotel staff. 2. No room cleaning during entire stay. 3. No provision of packaged Drinking water, loose drinking water was also not refilled when asked to refill on 2nd day of my stay. 4. Bad smell of damp can be experienced and there was no ventilation. 5. Frequent power cuts, back up power supply available for single light, even mobile charging can't be done on backup power supply. 6. Washroom window broken in 01 room and issue not even temporarily resolved.

average room was assigned different room and was given different room with worst bathroom

location in app is wrong. in hotel location there is no any shops.hotel was cleaned hotel boy was good. bed was also good overall all good for family stay.

We got a mountain-view triple guest room at a very cheap rate that made the stay very pleasant and comfortable. The hotel is near MG Marg but since it is mountains, you will have to take a taxi to get there. Though you will not have to spend much. The staff were friendly. The hotel water is so good, clean and tasty, it is almost like mineral water. You can stay here if you want to stay near MG Marg but not spend much.

very good hotel.. very very good hotel..room is excellent.. service is also best..hotel staff Deepak bhai, very good person...haste thode Kam hai..lekin vo unka nature hai..koi rudely behaviour nahi hai unka...best person..apne kaam se kaam rakhne wala Banda...hotel is very clean..and room is very beautiful...rok. view ki kya hi baat kare..best view tha gangtok ka... thank you trekocity...fir kabhi aaunga to sidhe aapke paas hi rukunga ❤️

Room is good. But the reception guy is very rude in talk. We have one bike, we just Ask that guy to where should we park he didn’t respond to us. Better to don’t put this kind of a guy in a hotel service field

I will never book this place for my stay. When I checked the pictures in MMT the rooms were shown Decent and clean, when i had reached the hotel, it was still good, but as soon as I entered the room, i felt like leaving because they had given the darkest room, no tv nothing ,no mirror, it was dusty. The washroom was horrible.

hotel located near bypass road. hotel staff is very supportive.
