  The location of the property is outstanding and one-of-a-kind in Goa. The view is simply exquisite and worth much more than what you are paying for. The property is ideally located away from the hustle-bustle of the city, yet close to popular beaches. The private beach nearby can be seen from the property. The property is in a peaceful area, and the view from the pool is remarkable. The property is located on a hill above Coco Beach, and you have some water sports which are 4 to 5 kilometers from the property. The property is surrounded by lush greenery and has a lawn as far as your eye can see. The property is located between Nerul and Candolim, and you will only ever notice that you are in your own private beach heaven. The property is in a fantastic location with everything you could possibly need at your doorstep. The property is very quiet and has a beautiful view.

• Cleanliness

  The property was very clean and tidy. The housekeeping staff keeps the property organized and well-maintained. The bathrooms were really well-maintained and nothing like the ones you find anywhere. The property is very comfortable, and the air conditioning keeps you cool even though it is very hot outside. The property is very clean and well-maintained, and the caretaker comes in daily to clean the pool and chlorinate it. The property is very stylish and highlighted by an amazing host. The property is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff is very enthusiastic to make sure you don't miss the most important meal of the day.

• Food & Dining

  The food was amazingly delicious and fresh. The cook-on-call prepared lip-smacking Aloo Parathas and Upma along with a fruit platter for breakfast, which included apples, bananas, pear, and a dragon fruit. The kitchen was loaded from A to Z, starting from making a cup of coffee to a full-fledged meal. The staff helped us get alcohol and fish from the market. The property is very well-stocked with almost everything you need, and you really don't need to buy anything. The property is very comfortable, and the air conditioning keeps you cool even though it is very hot outside.

• Amenities

  The property has an infinity pool along with a lawn next to it. The pool has lights for a swim at night, and you could just float in the pool and have a view of the sky filled with stars. The property has 4 ACs, starting with 1 in the hall, 1 in the open kitchen, and 1 in each room, which is more than sufficient to keep the property cool. The property has centralized geysers, so you don't have to worry about getting hot water 24/7. The property has a generator just in case of a power cut to keep you cool inside the property as well as outside. The property has a home theatre system and Bluetooth speakers for listening to music outdoors. The property has a barbecue set in case you want to have a great time next to the pool.

• Host

  The host was amazing and went out of his way to ensure that we had a great stay. He was available at all times and was very helpful. He even sent us the places to visit in Goa nearby with detailed specs on where to go and also the places to eat. He was kind enough to send a list of places that serve pure veg food. He was patient and helpful with us while we got the pictures and sent them over to him to be printed and put up over at the property with a song of our choice playing in the surround speakers as we enter. He was the best host we have met till now in our experience with properties. He was careful to make sure that our stay was very comfortable and could be contacted very easily. He gave a generous hamper at the departure, which was a sweet gesture.
