LOCATION WAS NICE
Location was good. All places were nearby. Services was excellent. Staff were very friendly. Ultra Luxirious room was very spacious.

Not worth the price
The property is nice, i booked a luxury suite but it is nothing more than a normal hotel room with an additional flat sofa. First they allotted a room with no bathtub then took half an hour to provide me with the actual booked room. Many amenities were not working like tv, kettle etc. Had to call the reception 3-4 times to get them replaced or checked by someone.

Average Experience for the Price
family with 4 kidsWe stayed at Resort Rio in Goa for New Year, and while the property is decent, the overall experience fell short of expectations for the price we paid. The rooms were satisfactory, but the services lacked the polish and efficiency one would expect at this price point. The staff was courteous but seemed overwhelmed during peak times. Food options were limited, and quality could be improved. While the location is convenient, the experience did not feel like good value for money. We hope the resort addresses these concerns to enhance future stays.

Excellent Stay
Lovely stay with family, quiet resort specifically for december busy period. Lovely facilities nice big pools. Very good food at pickled mango restaurant, manager fransisco is lovely guy and his team of rohit and saurabh catered to all our food needs including children food and were really helpful and friendly. Great breakfast with many options. Overall lovely stay and definitely recommended.

Excellent hotel located in arpora
coupleWe booked ultra luxurious suite and the rooms were very spacious and wonderful service. For 2 persons to stay the room was as big as a flat with balcony too. Garden and the surrounding of the rooms are well maintained. Service staffs did a great job to make our stay comfortable
