Spacious Room. Clean Room. Location is close to market & Restaurants . Beach on Walkable distance. Service is good.

Hotel was good with close location Candolim beach just walking distance and also easily drive to Calangute beach and Baga beach Also you can connect with panjim in half an hour so good to stay for one day explore near by beaches

A pleasant stay. The rooms though not luxurious are well furnished with a refrigerator. Electric kettle provided only on request. Rooms are cleaned and serviced every day. Has a lawn, shrubs & plants providing a green environment. Staff is helpful and polite. Its location is good - not far from the beach and several eateries super market and shopping close-by.

Location is very good. It's a 2 minutes walk to the beach. Room was clean and spacious. However, the rates should have been with breakfast included. The rate of 2500 without breakfast seems a little high for this property. Rest all good.

Sty was good but service is very bedroom service is really very poor and bad i am not satisfied with hotel service saving pool is also not proper clean breakfast is also not good

please do not waste your money on this resort, n numbers of issues, i have faced, list is so long, like pool not operational, security guard will not allow to park your vehicle inside post 12 pm (that too in goa, breakfast will got exhausted (reach as soon as breakfast started, otherwise you will miss the bus, they will provide anything after 4 hours only, on multiple reminders.

Property is in good location, but service is not so good. Housekeeping & security r good, but restaurant department is disaster. Not good service. & hotel rooms need to maintain properly.

Premium segment rooms were spacious and comfortable, enjoyed the hospitality of the entire staff. Food is very nice and not exorbitant. 5 stars for the location.

Well maintained Old property near beach, location is good. Mobile network is poor. No WIFI network in room. Parking available outside hotel room. Best thing about the property is that beach is 200 meter away only.
