No room service... very poor clininess... Old cottage need renewation.. bad experience

The property was good Good was also very good (the breakfast menu) Reachable location. I did have a bad experience with of the staff who misbehaved with my mother he was very ride he was about to raise hand on my mom and come on her body But later the situation was under control So it was really bad experience with that particular staff as he ruined the stay

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The only good thing about it is the location, as it is close to Colva Beach. Other than that, the experience was not great. The cleanliness was a major issue—bedsheets, blankets, and pillow covers were not fresh, making the stay uncomfortable. The bathroom had no exhaust fan, leading to poor ventilation and an unpleasant atmosphere. Basic hygiene and maintenance need serious improvement. I would not recommend this hotel unless they address these issues. There are better options available in the area for a similar price.

It is a value for money hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and with all necessary amenities........ Good service....

Budget stay and well maintained. Colva beach is just 450mtr from here. The swimming pool is also well maintained.

I did booked a non ac room. The room is specious & room type is old. The bathroom was not so clean and there was no assistance from staff. No phone in the room so you cannot contact them, need to go to the reception for any assistance from staff.

Worst stay ever.. service is very bad and room was dirt and untidy and washroom and room smells horrible.. no hygiene and bed and blankets are also dirty…. Never ever i will stay there in any condition

in my medical emergency they wasn't refund my money. I explain them please make refund back my father was facing heart strokes. but they Will not help .🙁

The concept is great to have all wooden rooms however it was always going to be difficult to maintain them throughout the year. The wooden steps area to the first floor was very badly maintained with contact creaking sound. The garden area is well done however again badly maintained, hardly green, looked very dry and unkept. It could be a great property if maintained well.

Hotel staff and receptionist behaviour is not at all good, no cleanliness, no drinking water provided, chek-in time is too late.

Hotel staff is just so rude, they do not know how to respect guests. No drinking water was provided at the hotel. I would never ever consider this hotel for the stay in goa.

maintainance s very poor,specially room no 211,you can't open balcony door ,below that room restaurent food smell with oil s on air ,no tube light like other rooms ,n the lady sitting down don't hv any idea about the rooms ,

Checkin took 45 mins as there was no one at the reception and no one was picking on their phone number. Also there was no drinking water in the room.

the rooms were in a poor shape. the entire resort needs renovation. the toilet seats were broken and not clean. The stabiliser that was connected to the AC made a weird sound throughout. couldn't sleep because of that.

Good location, near the beach. Overall service is good, only daily house keeping service not done. Since it's sea side it's mandatory to cross check floor cleaning is happening or not. Please do address the same.

hi the toilets in bad shape, the windows are open the doors of toilets are broken latches n the door has gaps in them you can easily see a person changing from outside, the check in rooms had no soaps n tissues in any of the rooms 😭 very sad state
