This is not a hotel first of all, not having basic facilities like restaurant etc. Not having basic things in room like electric kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, milk. Not having proper staff such as bell boy.

Upon reaching, the beddings were maintained as properly tucked in bedsheets and quilt with pillow but all sheets were dirty, muddy and had small body hair all over the bed and pillow. When informed at reception, they sent some staff to change and he picked up used bedsheets and pillow cover from another room to my room which also had same blood mud and body hair. When reception attendant was informed of this, instead of acknowledging and changing the sheets, he invested and arguing saying its not possible and my eyes have problem instead. The lift was not clean. The whole road that reaches to the hotel was dug up and muddy almost a month and still hotel took the booking without informing me of this situation and expected to reach with bags in that dirty road walking as no cab would enter the road due to pothole and mud and water logging. I will never come to this hotel again.

Good and Comfortable stay

I have stayed here for 8 nights, the overall experience was good. The room is very spacious for the price and includes good amenities like multiple cupboards, refrigerator, kettle and work desk. The attached bathroom is very clean. The only thing to improve is washing quality of the white bed linens. It will be good if they washed it well after every use. I have just had the breakfast once which is not part of the package. So, there is no feedback on the food options.
