Checked in at approx 08am - checked out by 05pm. Location wise good. No options available in the sense of rooms. Its seems all are the same. Tv was not working. Ac was not working, requested reception for assistance, no one came. Intercom not good, other person was hardly audible. Room n bathroom fittings were not clean. Water clogging in bathroom.

The fitness center had modern equipment, making it easy to maintain my workout routine. Service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Check-in was smooth, the concierge was helpful with recommendations, and housekeeping kept the room spotless. Though we took non smoking room, we inhaled a lot of smoke from adjacent rooms. It's on the outskirts on the bangalore- hyderabad highway. We booked only because of its proximity to npa. Room is basic & clean. But toilets smell of urine and windows don't close tight so you will hear outside sounds
