Terrible Stay

Rooms were not cleaned properly, there were cigarette packets which was laying at floor. Bath tub was not proper, switches were not functioning properly I had to just sit beside it and should hold it. The behavior of hotel staff when asked for cleaning the room they said call up house keeping and house keeping did nt turn up. People were roaming in the corridor with lot of noise and when complained not even responded for the same. This is the worst hotel to stay when u are on business trip. Food was very bad specially they charge so high but quantity was very bad.

Loved the stay at The Park, Somajiguda.. the staff were awesome & very sweet.. knowing that it was our anniversary.. they had taken the moment to arrange a cake as a sweet gesture as well as offer us a room Upgrade.. so very Happy indeed for this. Small feedback is to have a firestick or make the TV into a smart one rather than the old dish cable. Other than that our stay was splendid at the hotel thank you both MMT & The park. As well..

The reception landline is always busy. Had to carry our luggage down ourselves because we were not able to connect to reception. Had early morning checkout and travelling with an infant and small kid. Not a very positive experience as when heading out could see there weren’t many who were checking out at the said hour. So it was a bit surprising that we were not able to get through to both the operator and reception desks even after trying continuously for 30 mins! The staff at reception is quite indifferent to customers and have a classic don’t care attitude.
