the property doesn't even accept online bookings done through make my trip. got stranded in an unknown location for 45 mins and got arranged a new hotel which is 3 kms away only after talking to multiple customer care executives. Worst experience.

Stay was bad, room condition was not up to mark, proper cleaning was not there. By the time we checked in power cut is there, because of that we have to wait 30 minutes to resume power to run ac proper towels and drinking water was not made available. We have to request everything through reception
