Rooms, Security and room service staff were great but ppl at reception were with no smile on their face while checking in. And we happen to make a local call from room for which we were charged rs. 800!!! 800 for one local call for 5 mins! The manager with whom we raised the concern didn't have any soft skills and was too rude with her interaction. Very bitter experience when we checked out.

My stay at Radisson Blu Plaza was excellent. The hotel is good, and the location is excellent, though it’s a bit inside. However, the service needs improvement.

It was indeed a very filmy experience, very well crafted Family experience with a very well mannered and placed options in Tara Hotel. I would recomend and go there again after a few years. Just that Kids get infused with excitement on seeing Sahas, but it does not have any options for kids below 8. That means if you go there with a kid below 8, all of us end up doing nothing. But every other options there has been aN experience worth being in Guiness Book of records.

Radisson is always our first choice while visiting cities. this one was a bit disappointing. while at the time of check in the receptionist was not welcoming and we could not even get a small bottle of water as a welcome drink to settle. Except that everything was up to the mark . special mention to the team at the restaurant. Mr. Sangram was really nice to interact with and pleasant. all the best....
