room in the hotel was quite clean and it was fairly spacious. The staff were courteous and acting promptly. The food was okay in the hotel I would not give a big Thumbs up to the food. this has a lot of scope of improvement but overall it was a decent stay experience

Pathetic experience, not at all recommended

Pathetic experience, first of the location on google maps is wrong it shows vijay nagar however it is 10 kms away from vijay nagar, i booked the hotel keeping in mind that this hotel is near by my office in vijay nagar, however i had to travel 9 in the night and the area is also aloof, not at all safe, not street lights. And after reaching the room was smelling bad, and then there was not electricity in the morning and there was no power back up when i asked about the electricity the boy who was there had no answer for this. He simply said that nobody is picking the call in electricity department. Pathetic bad service, not at all recommended
