all are good, very cleaning, very peaceful environment , staff are cooperative, familiar hotel , hygiene food

It was a very pleasant stay at hilton. The rooms were very nice, the food was very good and service was very good too. Cleanliness could have been better. One of the jet spray was not working properly and the bathtub was not very clean. Overall it was a good stay and value for money.

I booked a room with terrace but to my disappointment the terrace was nothing but a closed space on second floor.. not at all worth it ..I booked it for a view but there was none and it was so gloomy. Felt like a misinformation..rest everything was ok ..but there is a room for improvement here.. room was super disappointing.

It was an amazing experience. The location was perfect. It was perfectly situated near the old Jaipur and the new Jaipur. The food was literally good and there was a lot of variety and a wide variety to eat, and the local cuisine and the Continental cuisine amity were perfect. The services were very good overall a very nice experience.

Dinner buffet didn’t has Jaipur famous non veg Lal Mans, so not happy with the overly food quality too.

Excellent place to stay. Great hospitality and good food. Very hygienic and all staff members are well mannared.

Valet parking issues and room dining take so much time ,carpets were not clean as much as a 5 star hotel should

The property is well located with clean and comfortable rooms. Food quality and service were very good, and staff was helpful. Only issue faced was that the TV Wi-Fi was not connected, otherwise everything was excellent.

Dear Hilton Jaipur Team, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property. As a regular guest who has stayed with you multiple times before, I was extremely disappointed by the poor experience this time. The air conditioning in my room was not working properly, making it impossible to sleep through the night. I tried calling the reception twice during the night for assistance, but no one answered. Eventually, someone came to check the AC at 5 AM, by which time it was far too late for any relief. Shockingly, no offer was made to change our room despite the obvious discomfort. Additionally, the shower in the bathroom was leaking, causing a constant dripping sound that only added to our sleepless night. These are not the standards one expects from a property like Hilton, especially given the price and reputation. Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve had at your hotel, and it has made me seriously reconsider staying with you in the future. I expect a prompt response and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
