Hotel is in mid of market and easily access from any where,good location,neat and clean rooms,, Staff is very courteous and helpful,Perfect room size and view. Mr Jatin in front office very polite and going extra mile to help customers. Strong recomadation. Hotel is good.having all the facilities like Gym,Pool,Restaurant. The staff is prompt and active. Rooms are clean and tidy.

Terrible Stay
Rooms had smoking bad smell. When complaint to the hotel staff they spray room freshener. Whole night there is loud noise of drunk guests

Theft in Regenta Central Hotel Branch of ROYAL ORCHID HOTEL GROUP
we visited this hotel and stayed there from 11.04.2025 to 13.04.2025, this is worst experience we ever had with this hotel, our valuable gold jewelry worth Rs 400000/- was robbed from our room no. 503. We were out of our room for breakfast, and in between the hotel housekeeping guy entered our room and opened our luggage took jewelry from the bag, when we found that jewelry was missing from my bag, we rushed to reception and we saw CCTV footage of the floor lobby where a housekeeping guy entered in our room without our permission on 12 04.2025 at 9.42 am and came out at 9.46am, when we argued with hotel and escalated the matter with Jhotwara Police Station, they even not cooperate with us and didn't booked our FIR against the hotel due to influence of hotel owner on police, after long argument with hotel staff we had to leave the hotel after being robbed of Rs 400000/- worth jewelry. We here request MAKEMYTRIP to look into the matter provide us the justice. Else this matter will be escalated further with concerned govt. authorities. Also we request to the review viewers to think before booking your stay with this hotel and still want to stay there than either not to carry any valuable item with yourself or have to look after your your valuable and carry at your own risk. I had booked a Deluxe double room on MMT for the first time at Regenta Central Jaipur. The check in was smooth, we got an early check-in by 1 hour. The staff was helpful and courteous. The room was fantastic. Bathroom was neat and clean. Bed mattress was very comfortable. I got kettle for a hot water with some coffee pouches, green tea bags and suger pouches. They also provided bislery water in thee room qt the first place and then a complimentory normal water bottle was provided which was not bad to drink. highly recommended. But the mini refrigerator was not provided.
