I had a really comfortable stay at the property. The location was very convenient and well connected. Rooms were clean and well maintained with all necessary facilities. The staff was polite and helpful throughout. Food quality was also good with decent variety. Overall, a pleasant and value-for-money experience. Would definitely recommend for both short and long stays

basic 2star hotel facilities-exterior tried to copy 5 stars.
Room booked : Suite Room cons: iron board have blood stains, foods in breakfast stinking and half cooked, from milk container black filthy particles was coming out, the whole room and lobby area is full of pests and insects. pros: exterior show off to click images only. basic 3 star hotel pretend to be 5star but inside everything is haywire. for mass food is ok with uncooked parts and stinky dishes . not for people who want hygiene and comfort. concierge fool guests and loot money. don't hire cab from here people here are very good to seek review but without keeping the premise, room, food clean and hygiene

Extremely Disappointing Stay – No Accountability from Hotel Staff
We booked 3 rooms at Indana Palace, Jodhpur, traveling with elderly family members and young children. While the service and food were generally fine, our stay was completely ruined by a very disturbing incident that the hotel handled poorly. Late at night, around 12:30 am and again at 2:30 am, a group of 10–12 school students were creating a ruckus in the hallway outside our rooms, ringing our bell and shouting. Despite informing the hotel, the staff intervened too late, and we ourselves had to step out and ask the students (all crowded into a single room) to stop. The bigger disappointment came in the morning when we raised this with management. Instead of taking responsibility, they gave us a very mild response and asked us to speak to the students’ teachers directly. This was unacceptable — it was clearly the hotel’s responsibility to ensure safety, discipline, and a peaceful environment for paying guests. As a result, our entire family lost sleep at night, including children and senior members, and we had to continue our journey exhausted, with a flight to Delhi and then onward to the USA the same day. Indana Palace may present itself as a luxury property, but the lack of timely action, accountability, and seriousness from the staff in handling such a basic issue of guest comfort and security is extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise families and international travelers who value peace, rest, and professional service to reconsider before booking this property.

Good hotel_worst concierge
there is no complain on our 21st to 22nd August stay. but the worst part is the concierge desk manager who actually ruined the whole experience

Good Stay
On city outskirts, it is just next to the Umaid Bhawan, Palace airport, and close to the Mehrangarh Fort. Rooms are big with all amenities and excellent support staff. Food spread is decent but can definitely improve on taste and quality.
