Hotel Mantra offers a pleasant stay with clean amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. Host Ratan Lal provides excellent service, making guests feel well cared for.

The stay was excellent, thanks a lot for the team, the food they served was great as well, we look forward to come back here on our next visit

It was a good stay for 2 days. Rooms were clean service was good and Avantika was really helpful and allotted me a quick and early check in also. All staff welcomed with a smile including Avantika. Would like to stay again next time.

The property Location was good.. But the rooms were very small.. For amenities related staff are not cooperative.. The Room doesn't match its description it's said it had a balcony view which was a garbage storage view.. and the Room was hell small according to its price and it's not a standard rated hotel..

Property is decent. No a typical boutique hotel to be honest. Room sizes are quite small (i travel-led with my wife and my infant. Hotel staff is not professional at all, initially they will deny your request for any order, then they do the needful as a special favor. Only positive is the location.

The hotel was totally not worth the money. I mean hostels are way better than this hotel. Below are the issues: 1. The toilet seat had old stains and was dirty. 2. The room was too small, it felt like a storage room. 3. The ac was making noise. 4. And the worst was they didn't have a proper breakfast buffet. Just sit and order either a loo paratha or idle sambar.

A bad choice. No value for money spent. Very low quality breakfast. Hidden dinner costs.

This hotel is a little far from the city centre. For any sight seeing, it requires a minimum of 7-8 kms travel. Inside, the hotel offers all basic amenities. The room size was however smaller.

Rooms, particularly mattress and linen needed an upgrade. Service was however better than expected.

Worst staff and worst experience, rooms are good but behaviour of the staff specially the guy with moustache sits at reception is the worst person i have met. I asked them for 1 empty plate and 1 spoon and he was like we cannot provide you that. Never stay at this hotel worst hotel at jodhpur

Location wise not good. Almost outskirts of city. You need to travel min 7 to 8 km. To visit tourist attractions. Stayed in club room. It's a very small room. For single occupancy, it may be ok. But for a family of 3, it's very congested. However, room was neat and clean, but we could found a cockroach inside the washroom. Room service is poor. We were three, they should provide at least two towels, two coffee mug etc. But there were only one set of all these. One more towel was given after demanding. Even we had to ask for wash room mat. Indifferent behaviour of front desk staff. Breakfast spread was very limited and common menu in all days. It was mentioned that breakfast timing starts from 7. 30 am, but we got served at 8. 15 am. We stayed here for two nights on different dates, overall experience is same on both the days. Overall experience is bad, will not recommend to others.

I have stayed here for 1 days only. Rooms are average according to the price they charged. Food is not good. There is very limited variety in breakfast. This hotel is purely veg hotel. Even you will not get egg here. Room was smelling.

Hotel staff behaviour not good and also not clean and in breakfast kide nikle, there is no towel in the washroom.

No attendance present at breakfast table, Behaviour of staff is very rude and also food is very costly with no taste.

Reception denied replacement of mattress. Then agreed on charging Rs 500/- extra for replacement. On asking bill for the same again denied. And for these all took the reception more than half hour. Those mattresses which were asked to replace with another were not good enough to pass the whole night. As the room was booked late night hours it was not supposed to leave to hotel with their hostile behaviour. The reception even retained my AADHAAR card and returned after getting booked another room in front of it (an another property). Moreover on customer care of MMT reception made false claims like used the term "extra mattress" instead of mattress replacement; then said it was an another person with us (check in of 3) while it is clearly entered in my own hand writing that we were just two, me & my cabby & NOBODY ELSE. Very rude behaviour by the reception was done. The worst ever experience at any MMT suggested outlet.

The room quality is good, food quality is also good but only vegetarian options. The location is in the industrail area, a little far from the old city
