Terrible Stay

Apart from the beautiful location nothing to stay in this hotel.. No response from the property owner or the care taker once you check in Poorly maintained.. No toiletries from the hotel.. Bath rooms has very old poorly managed facilities Booked .. Package was including breakfast, however the hotel denied the same. So this is a matter of fraud

Worst Hotel. Rude Staff. No food

It was a horrible experience Below are my points- 1. Power was not available throughout the night. Our 6 month kid kept crying throughout night. On top of that, The weather was very humid and lot of mosquitos feasting on our liitle kids. We were forced to sleep our doors open. Can you imagine this at a hotel??? 2. Owner refused to pick our call and not bothered to even check once when power was not available. 3. We reached property around 7 PM but we got to know there was no arrangement of food at the property. After getting ready nearby shops were closed and we somehow manage to get food around 11 PM from outside. 4. All the bedsheets pillows were as dirty as shit and when I asked them to change manager scolded me about it. 5. We were forced to book another hotel which I booked only as I didn't want my family to suffer for another night.

Terrible experience

Went to the hotel. Facilities not what as mentioned on the site. Reached the location by 10 inquired about breakfast and lunch arrangements. Surprise surprise owner informed the cook is on leave. Hence can't help. Irony he had a personal helper who was cooking for him. But he couldn't afford meal (paid) for 2 people. Water was the basic requirement most of the hotels give you least 1 liter bottle complimentary. Nope not the case here leave complimentary you can't even pay and get as apparently the agent has not bought bottles from market. Next no power, and inverter is down leave AC. Fan wouldn't work. The area Around is isolated nothing available in vicinity. Lastly round 8 we vacated same day. Walked around 1 km got a cab and shifted to another hotel.

The location of the property was excellent as this was in front of a Beach which was as private as it can be with an option to drive your car/bike in the Beach. Good food and service.

Don't go in this resort

Please don't go in this resort as the owner has taken extra rupees for using ac which was not working and even MMT has not helped to get a refund for this trip as the trip was really bad because of this booking. No food nearby and not even available with the owner. Zero stars for Sun Ville resort.

We liked the place a lot, we are planning to visit next time too. The location is very nice, they have provided all the facilities, the food was very tasty and the caretaker was very friendly. The room was comfortable and I can surely recommend others.
