The room was not cleaned properly. I found 2 rats moving here and there in the room. Dirty pillows and blankets (had to remove the cover and ask for fresh ones). No toiletries provided (just a soap)

Hotel Location is not good. It's look like some shedy area. however hotel staff is good. Also Transport facility is not connected easily to and from the hotel. Not recommended for solo girls stay. Toiletries also not available inside the washroom. As Hotel staff says their hotel is new, maybe they don't know how to provide basic amenities. Only 1 good thing of this hotel is staff, they are polite and humble. But I was not able to sleep having some fear because of hotel location.

very poor stay experience. no electricity backup no kitchen. breakfast included fare...but didn't provide breakfast. tried to charge for water bottle. location locality dirty.. no chair & no table. hotel staff morning starts after 9 am...all sleeping... hotel name & address couldn't be found on ola , uber & rapido. one of my poorest stay booked bia make my trip. in future, i will avoid using make my trip portal for hotel booking.

I booked this hotel for 3 days, you won't get proper breakfast, so don't book with breakfast. You will get it after 9.30 AM or 10 AM. There is no restorent near to this hotel. Actually it is 1 Km away from kalyanpur metro station. Staff wa good. its a near by school as it is new hotel to get this location you may take hours as there is no landmark updated. I booked this hotel for 3 days, you won't get proper breakfast, so don't book with breakfast. You will get it after 9.30 AM or 10 AM. There is no restorent near to this hotel.
