Current management is not up to the mark. Staff behaviour is good and polite but faced lots of issues related to room keys, water supply and food quality. ordered biryani and gulab jamun for dnr. biryani was like boiled chicken pieces were placed in veg biryani rice and gulab jamun was freezing inside in broken spilled in syrup outside.

The Property Location is prime and convenient. Although Property seems very Old and Furniture was stinking lime rotten wood. There was very limited staff but they were prompt in attending to all requests and very polite. Parking is very limited and has a very tight space. Rooms are Big, Bathroom are Big and overall Bed Size was also Big. A slight improvement and this property would be Notch Above The Property Location is prime and convenient. Hotel location was good. But hotel room not worth the price charged. Room was not clean. Although we were two, only one bath towel was provided despite several requests. People at reception were not helpful in explaining the amenities avlbl in the room. Electricity breakdown in my room for hours left us delayed in our schedule. No immediate help was available. Important contract/intercom numbers not avlbl in the room. Room ceiling had dark seepage markings. Central AC in the room was making lot of noise which was an obstruction for sleep.

i have changed total 4 rooms to get reasonable toom to spend one night. one room have lizard,other room ac got tripped not working,the room that spend night many times light tripped we have to reset the mcb ourself. it looks like ghost hotel

Worst experience, the staff are not well coordinated amongst themselves causing inconvenience to the guests. When you book my a third party , then provide you the worst room possible with non functional showers, no TV remote, no dental kit, soap & towels. We checked in on 27th February 2025 evening. We asked them to show a demo room to which they showed us the best room & when they got to know we are booking then switches to an other room. We went out for dinner, our room got locked. They asked us to change the room, we took everything went to a different floor. At midnight around 12:30 they asked us to shift again because supposedly that specific room was pre booked a long time back by a guest. This was very unprofessional of them when asked why was this confusion, they claimed we are night incharge & then person instructed was day incharge. We bad experience altogether.

I stayed for two days (7 &8 th feb 2025. Service was hopeless. They did not changed or cleaned room next day ie on 8 th feb even i kept key with them. Water bottle, tea material etc was not kept on 8th feb which i got after repeated follow up. Break was not arranged on time ie 8 am. Service was horrible repeat horrible. Rent charged was not upto standard of room and service.
