Total cost of booking was not realistic. Make my trip charged almost double as compared to actual price of the hotel. By the same booking amount i can n joy ac room where as non ac rooms were provided to me. I was totally disappointed with the make my trip.

Very bitter experience as there was no facility for hot water. Moreover, no mobile charging point was in working condition. In comparison to price the hotel is far below standard.

We booked one room for three adults but when we came to property, the receptionist told me he has no any information about no of guest. There was no any additional arrangements for third guest. Two single beds were provided which could not be joined. Therefore two adults have shared one single bed. Secondly, i requested for check out in the morning at about 04:45 am next day, during my check in time. Receptionist promised but the gate opened at 05:30 am. It resulted our train departed five minutes before we arrived the station. My experience stay in sushil international was not good.

The behaviour of staff was not friendly at all. It appeared that they are annoyed as we booked the hotel through make my trip. Initially, they refused to open the rooms before scheduled time. After a lot of altercation, they allowed us to use the toilets. The hotelliers should be trained up properly to behave properly with the boarders. Make my trip can arrange it.
