Pathetic staff service both at reception and during stay. Even basic amenities like toiletry kit, bath towel were to be asked. Hand towel was missing. Pathetic staff service.

Best place i have ever stayed in kolkata. Affordable too.

Regenta Orkos serves good food, breakfast is nice. Room is clean, bed sheets are fresh. Only problem is late night loud noise from the disco and bar.

The hotel is in a good location with a gentle environment. The facilities of the hotel are very satisfactory.All the workers are gentle having good behaviour. The properties of food are very tasty. If next time I go to Kolkota my first choice will be regenta orkos.

The food was good, and the location was very convenient. Had a great experience overall, would definitely love to visit again.

The person at reception was greedy, trying to extract extra money from me while checking out, he stated that towel was damaged , inspite telling him many times that it was just a curry stain and can easily be bleached , still he wanted to mint out some unjustified money for himself totally unsupportive staff

Nice hospitality, maintained neat and clean. All staff are very cooperative. The quality of the food is also excellent. Perfect location for a family, especially those who are peach lovers.

Absolutely terrible experience. I had booked this hotel through MakeMyTrip and paid a premium price expecting at least basic service. At check-in, they casually told me they could only give me two single beds because “all the double beds are occupied.” Seriously? That’s not what I paid for! And instead of fixing it, they asked me to pay extra for an upgrade. I had no choice but to pay more just to get what I expected in the first place. When I finally got to the room, it was a mess. No towels in the bathroom, TV remote not working, and when I called housekeeping, I waited for over an hour — no one showed up. Had to call again just to hear “someone is coming” — which again took forever. Absolutely unacceptable. And let’s talk about the food — when you charge premium rates, at least offer decent service and quality. This hotel completely failed on every level. Overall, worst experience ever. Unprofessional staff, zero hospitality, and pathetic service. Never coming back here again, and I’ll make sure everyone I know avoids this place too. Fuck it

Spacious Comfortable and clean room

The experience could have been much better. The room was good. That's about it. The breakfast spread could even defeat the breakfast served at a lodge, forget about a 4 star hotel that it claims to be. The Hotel runs its own club on the top floor, yet they don't have soundproofing in the room. The vibrations were felt even on the 3rd floor. You couldn't sleep till 4 am, that is the time till the club runs.

The hotel was awesome..Room decor & style, we liked very much. The staff were very polite and supportive..I recommend this hotel as a hidden treasure in South Kolkata near Eastern Metropolitan Bypass.

Rooms are ok , breakfast is average we stayed 2 days and breakfast is same ....infact no taste at all . I was heavy rain and water logging in front of hotel gaye but they don't have any arrangements to help .

The rooms are very spacious and well kept. the food quality is also very good, the only issue is the hotel isn’t located on the main road, similar to what vivanta has.

Hotel was good. But interior was old. Hotel layout is not good. Conference rooms was pathetic. Breakfast options were limited. Good scope for improvement
