The service was very prompt and professional. the breakfast buffet was awesome. the view outside the hotel is very very nice abhi shared in the city view so we got to see the entire cities Skyline with the lake near by. the food was very tasty and the behaviour of the staff as well as the waiters for very professor warm and welcoming

I have booked hotel and after reaching they had denied for smoking room,I also request there but the deny of saying not availability of smoking 😔...such a bad experience this time ..after spending so much money and haven't got the choice is a bad thing...

It was really nice to stay there. Hospitality and services were fantastic. Room on higher floor with the lake view was the real deal.

The room service for this particular stay was ordinary. Any request for house keeping/ cutlery/baggage collection was either delayed or not even attended to. The stay at room was comfortable since we went in a group but it was difficult to wait for half an hour for a cutlery with 03 2-year kids . Overall a pleasant stay. There are less activities for kids in Westin hence they should probably try to think over this expansion.

Overall experience was 3/5 . Views were amazing but the hotel management system is very bad you have to wait an eternity to get connected to any department even as a 5star property they don't have smart tv or even a basic youtube and their ac and telecom doesn't work at any room our room was changed twice for this disturbance still this continues and the person who looks after (tv&telecom repairing) comes will repair the telecom that moment it will work the moment he goes away situation returns to same thing they will always say they are sending someone but no one appears . But in house keeping department Mr. Partha was very helpful and kindful and is very polite. And Food was also very tasty in Seasonal Taste .

Overnight travel. Requested a high floor room and the staff was gracious enough to give it. The dinner and breakfast spread far exceeded expectations. Kudos on the standards maintained.

Hotel ambient was good. Enjoyed my stay with my loved one. Food was very good and delicious. Staff was very polite and dedicated to server at their best level. Overall experience was good.

Once a popular hotel, you can see the standards falling. It is evident in the room up keep and provisioning of bare essential like dental kits etc ., which were provided for only person (even while the booking is for 2 person). We had booked 2 rooms and requested for a late check out for an hour or so (in the evening of our check-in) considering we had 3 senior citizen travelling with us. It was appalling to face the issue of room key being deactivated on the day of the checkout, while the luggage was still inside. After a delay, the key was activated. Will not recommend staying here. The only good experience was of their North Indian cuisine restaurant at the 31st floor.
