Review Of Lagoona Beach Resort

Room was good , location was also good , but the service was really bad , food was just average. The main focus of the resort is for the day events . The pool is mostly occupied by the guests from day events which leaves the pool dirty .Pool is always dirty. Terrible room service. overall just an average stay. Not at all a welcoming atmosphere.Didn't justify the amount paid.

Don't ever think of booking. U will end up with bad mood. Service is like 1000 rs hotel type. U will call room service reception will pick up call and keep on transferring then also room service will noy pick up call. U order food they will call multiple times to confirm and change order that this is not available. Third class maintainance in hotel. They will send food uncovered from restaurant to rooms which are far. Food quality is poor they will serve cold parathas. So think twice before booking. Don't go by photos and location. I wasted my 2 days here

The room is not spacious and feels very congested. The air conditioning is ineffective, providing no cooling. The television is not working, which adds to the disappointment. While the outdoor space is pleasant, the room itself fails to create a comfortable or welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the bathroom window does not close properly, and the bed is too old to offer adequate comfort.

Resort location is fabulous and have a serene view of lake and beach. Peaceful atmosphere. Apt choose for a perfect holiday

No hospitality, rooms are not good. No amenities are provided. Lack of available staff. Very poor management.

Maybe due to off season, the resort was empty. The non sea facing room was very basic and looked like a local hotel room and the pungent smell because it might have been closed for ages. You could smell dust and there we cob webs even on bedside lamp. Could not stay overnight due to some reasons so could not try food. But the menu looked very expensive. The location of property is amazing. Wish they made proper use of it. Staff also less courteous. Even though the resort is empty the guy at reception said checkin time is at 2 pm when we came at 1 pm. But since i already called up the manager number in google and talked they allowed to checkin at 1.

2 weeks ago NEW Lagoona Beach Resort is one of the best resorts having the best ambience n view in Trivandrum. The food was very delicious and tasty. By virtue of its natural beauty, it is the best couple friendly resort to spend nights. We also plan to visit again. Thanks a lot for the support by Mr.Ratheesh🙏

Property was very easy to locate. Food was served very well. Amenities are good and also can be improved or upgraded. Overall the stay was nice and good.

We had a medical emergency, due to which i had to cancel, provided necessary documents, and mmt contacted resort for refund, which they denied without showing any empathy. Bedsheets were toned and not cleaned and the door keyhole was old style it is very hard to open and lock

The hotel call itself as 04 star but the services are not upto mark. The room which was provided to us was not good. Ac not working not even the fan were working properly. We have to escalate the case then only the room was changed. There was lizard in the room and in the name of the extra bed mattress was placed in the room.

The property was awesome and food is also good. All tha staff are very good. Rooms was awesome designed and construction of the building is really beautiful. There is private beach to relax and swimming pool also. Overall my experience was really beautiful and amazing. I would like to stay again if i visit to kerala and will advice all my friends and family to stay here itself.

We are thankful to the management as they upgraded our room as we had our child and there was a dj function near our room. But their service is very poor, firstly they do not serve food in your room, you have to go down to the restaurant for food. Again i found that only the breakfast had some taste, the items we ordered for dinner had no taste we just ate little and had to waste the rest. Finally their room service is also very poor, we didn't have hot water in the bathroom, so we complained, they tried to resolve it by giving us hot water by bucket, we declined it and were told to resolve it till the next morning but unfortunately it was not resolved. So absolutely no value for money, very poor service and too many rules, i guess management friendly and not customer friendly. Not recommended for customers specially from other than kerela state

This stay was excellent all the way. The hospitality, the approach by the team, the cleanliness, the food quality specially for the vegetable food is good. And most importantly the location is awesome. Over all good, peaceful and pleasant experience.

Worst property

Very good resort at the beach side. You won't be required to visit kovalam beach if you booked this resort. You can take a boat from the resort and reach the beach very easily.
