Property was awesome...just like a mini palace..... location was excellent....it was just a 5 min walking distance from the station..... facilities are also good..... overall it was a great experience....

Ambience was good, room is not spacious and was not provided with basic things like comb, flip flops etc and moreover no complimentary breakfast although we tried their paid breakfast, i was not really good. Coming to swimming pool is not hygiene.

Great location..near the city centre. Hygienic rooms with good room service. Nice swimming pool and indoor game room also.

Property was good but price for stay is very high..... there was no Food facility ( they don't have kitchen) so staying at such property is waste.. again & again we have to order online through food delivery apps or go to near by restaurant for meals.... Also there is no any other extraordinary amenity except a swimming pool... Rates

Hotel Gautam gives you a Comfortable stay along with Rajasthani architecture. Staff and manager are very polite and understanding. it's a dreamy stay

We were 3 female friends i must tell you super safe place and the ambiance is too good we just enjoyed the vibe . So also to appreciate in reception we met ashwini such a humble lady and kind enough to arrange all the requirements i would suggest everyone to have peace and soothing location u should try hotel gautam wherein everything is near to the hotel .

We had a wonderful experience overall at Hotel Gautam. Heritage design giving full royalty vibe along. Rooms were clean, hygienic and comfortable. I did notice few areas of improvement in housekeeping responsiveness and basic amenities were missing. Barring these minor issues, the stay was great.

I visited so many hotels in different states as well. Being a Mumbaiker by. I visited Lonavla recently and near to station looking wise this total was good. So I booked this hotel the moment I enter the behaviour of the staff were pathetic about the AC was not working and there is no food place over there. I asked politely to the receptionist there. I would like to have something she directly told mevery weirdly go out and have something and in the night. It was not clean at all to be very honest, I would like to say only one thing. This is the worst stay ever in my Truly pathetic.

Property location: Very close 600m from main market Food : Chargeble Break fast: Rs 200(superb variety and quantity) per dish Lunch and dinner: Rs 400 per dish unlimited menu varies daily superb quality food(have to inform in advance few hrs ago Amenities : As described on websites it's not upto par swimming pool is their but water purification plant don't think so it's their Game zone : it's a joke, only carom board available that too only 1 and one other hand football game that too not well maintained Property hygiene is superb, staff is superb, Room service is superb,WiFi Service is available but too slow and un consistent network 1 litre 2 Mineral bottle per day per room free Property area is developed smartly in limited area bathroom accesories free and daily cleaning is superb Overall Superb to drink and eat purpose not much activity available for kids can prove in kids area gaMe zone esspecially

The room was in poor condition, with a strong unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom that made it hard to stay inside. Housekeeping was virtually non-existent — the room was not properly cleaned, and basic hygiene seemed ignored. In-house dining and service were equally bad. I ordered morning tea, and shockingly, it took over an hour to arrive. This kind of delay is simply unacceptable for any hotel claiming to offer hospitality. Overall, the service was extremely poor, and the staff seemed indifferent to guest concerns. I do not recommend staying here unless serious improvements are made in cleanliness, service, and basic hospitality standards.

The hotel is beautiful and very picturesque. The staff was very polite and was ready to help...The hotel was located in the middle of the town so easily accessible to all transportation and food places.
