rooms, service..food, location everything is excellent . the only issue is behaviour of the owner Mr. Sunil requires training in client management. He speaks very roughly.

A pleasant stay for us . Happy with the amenities like room, food and supportive staff. Hotel is at close proximity to Mall road.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sringar Regency, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and the services were top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, especially when they packed a delicious breakfast for us in the early morning as we headed out to Rohtang Pass. The rooms were excellent, and the Deluxe Room with two beds was perfect for our family. The property is beautifully maintained and is conveniently located close to Hidimba Devi Temple, although it's slightly elevated. Overall, I'd highly recommend Sringar Regency for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Manali. The hospitality, food, and amenities make it an ideal choice for families and travelers alike.

Location was good located in city centre with good tasty food but hotel is old property with very less indoor games and not too much clean in terms of carpets and bath tube

Food quality is good but room condition is average quality and low interior design much more furniture in room so very congested specs..

Everything was perfect but it would feel more comfortable if there were more cctv cameras. Service was good and staff were very supportive

Multiple concerns with the hotel stay- i) they provided a spicy food despite mentioning the food should be less spicy for the kids for lunch and dinner. ii) basic toiletries like body lotion were missing in the bathrooms iii) they confirmed to provide 40% discount on the dinner buffet, which they cancel posters having the dinner and calling it their policy and miscommunication, which they never acknowledged.

Rooms were decent in size. The view from balcony was amazing. The best I would say. Service was good. Food was tasty. Buffet breakfast spread was nice.The only thing which made me dissatisfied was we checked out a day before but never got the refund for that day.
